To return or exchange an item, simply contact us by phone or email to receive a Return Authorization. All returns without an Return Authorization will be refused. When you call, the customer service representative will give you further instructions on how to return your item. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging and in original, unused and resalable condition.
Items returned 30 days from receipt of merchandise and in original, like-new condition will receive 100% money back. After 30 days, items that are returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 90 days, returns will be refused and Return Authorizations will not be given.
CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS. NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL ALSO BE CHARGED 15% RESTOCKING FEE AND WILL BE CREDITED LESS SHIPPING FEES.
All items requiring manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement must be handled directly through the individual manufacturer and should not be returned to SafeRacer. Please contact us if you need information on manufacturer's address or phone number.
